Currently at LinkedIn, Talia focuses on helping non-profit organizations attract, hire, and retain talent by leveraging LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions. Also serving as the Social Impact Lead for LinkedIn’s San Francisco office, she focuses her time on helping job seekers facing barriers to network and leverage LinkedIn to find opportunities. Her role focuses on leading the giving and volunteering opportunities for her colleagues and partnering with various non-profits to drive opportunity for communities in the Bay Area.  

Talia has partnered closely with an organization providing opportunity to young women and girls in the Bay Area from under-resourced communities to help cultivate skills and build strong futures. She’s also partnered with many organizations focused on at-risk youth, helping to support their various programs. She’s deeply invested in using her experience and skills to uplift women and girls in her community and leveraging her experience with Social Impact and Corporate Partnerships to build a community of leaders.
